Returns

If you don't like a product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Please note the following conditions:

  • The goods must be complete, without any noticeable signs of wear or damage
  • All components and contents must be odorless, dry, free of all animal hair and allergy-friendly
  • Other contaminants (e.g. residues from use in the garden) must be cleaned
  • For GNZ models: Contents of the ballast bags must be completely emptied and dry

Please note that we only ship new items to our customers and will not ship dirty or damaged items to other customers. Therefore, we cannot accept the items or refund the full purchase price.

How and when you get your money back

You will receive the refund to the respective account or the payment method you selected. Once we have inspected your return, we will process the refund within 24 hours at the latest.

How do you return your order?

First, send us an email to bestellung@golferfolg.de . In the message, please state the items you ordered and the purchase date. We will then send you a return slip, which you can attach to the respective package. You can drop off the packages at any DHL branch. Please use the packaging sent to you for the return, if possible.
